Hack-and-potato casserole with curry-cheese sauce (serves 4)

800 g potatoes

1 onion mittlergrosse
1 tablespoon oil
400 g mixed minced meat

1 red pepper

1 green pepper
Salt
white pepper
Paprika, sweet
40 g butter or margarine
40 g flour
2 tablespoons curry
375 ml vegetable broth (instant)
1 cup whipping cream

1 cup cheese
75 g Swiss cheese

Wash potatoes, dice and cook for about 20 minutes in boiling water. Peel and chop onion. Heat oil. Minced onion and fry it. Add peppers and fry them. Spicy flavor with salt, pepper and paprika.

Melt fat can. Add the flour and fry. Sprinkle with curry. Pour in broth and cream while stirring. Cheese and processed cheese to melt it. Drain with salt and pepper abschmecken.Die spicy potatoes.
